Training will recommence on Saturday 30th of August.
Beginners are very welcome and inductions for men will be held at 9am and women at 10.30am on Saturday and Sunday. Mid week training for beginners on Tuesday and Thursday at 5.45pm.
Bring a spare change of clothes, water and food (fruit, pasta or sandwiches). No sugary drinks or junk food.

Barry Davis has recently joined our beginner men's coaching staff and is proving to be a great asset to Donie Cronin. Barry can be seen in this photograph wearing a striped cap and holding a seat.
This race was Donie Cronin's first ever race with Cork Boat Club. Cork Boat Club won comfortably and Donie was extatic with the win.
